Euroterminal
Together with Green Reefers, Caiano owns a total of 63 per cent in the Norwegian holding company Euroterminal AS. Through a Polish subsidiary, Euroterminal is involved in a large free-port area in Poland.

Through the Polish company Euro Terminal Sp.zoo, Odra Industries owns and runs a port area in north western Poland. The port is situated on the Baltic near Stettin, one of Poland's most important ports. Euroterminal's business consists of running two freezer terminals and letting productionpremises for the processing of fish products.

The port and the freezer warehouse are strategically important to Green Reefers and they are part of the shipping company's transport chain. Euroterminal is a duty free zone. That means that fish can be processed in Poland on the basis of imported raw materials and exported as finished goods without customs clearance.

Euroterminal has shown a positive development since the collaboration with Green Reefers was established in 2000. Today, Euroterminal is the main port for fish for the Polish market, Poland's entry into the EU means that Euroterminal can also serve the rest of the European market.
