With a property portfolio of more than 50.000 square meters the company is one of the largest players on Haugalandet. Today Caiano Eiendom is managing established business properties as well as developing new residence- and business projects.
Most of Caiano's property portfolio lies near the centre of Haugesund. However, the company also has large commercial properties in Karmøy, Cveio and Bømlo. Through the company Haugaland Næringspark we are also a co-owner of large business areas in Norheim and Raglamyr between Haugesund and Karmøy.
